The new lasagna bed

Picture taken today - it looks so small in the picture- but it is about 7 feet deep and about 12 feet long, so there should be plenty of space. It curves a bit at the right hand and joins up with the little border right outside the garage side door.
After all the waiting, now come the fun parts. First the digging and breaking up the soil and then planning the bed. Soon it will be time to implement the plans.
The bed is mostly in shade, it will get sun in the mornings I think. I already have Hostas, hardy begonia and a sweet autumn clematis in the little border at the side of this bed.
So being a shady spot, I now have a great excuse for buying more Heucheras :)
It seems though, that I can fill up this area mainly with divisions of my larger plants, or some which need moving.
So first to move should be the shrub "Leucothoe - Girard's rainbow". This has not at all looked happy where it is and I suspect too much sun. However, I need to read up to see how to move it. This could be in the center.
The next big question is, do I want to move two of the Hydrangeas here? I would like to, but again those are large established plants so I need to be careful. Two of them in the back, offset from the Leucothoe, would form a nice backdrop.
At the front edge, I think some varigated grass and some of the finer, solid green Mondo grass would be good.
Then there are Heucheras to be moved, "Snow angel" and "Green Spice" are in too much sun. There are also several extra "Palace Purple" plants. I might move the "Amber waves" here too, they are taking a beating in their current spot.
Then of course all the seedlings of "Begonia Grandis" will pop up, their leaves with the red underside should look good.
After this, I will need some bright color, so either impatiens or bedding begonias will be needed.
Wait, I have all those extra Persicarias and I know there will tons more seedligs again, I suppose they will find a home here too.
No, wait again, what about all the Hostas I have in pots or heeled in for the winter?
This is going to be one crowded bed.
I remember in the old house, I used to long for sunny spots, now that the yard is mostly sun, I really cherish the few shady spots.
Oops, forgot the Geraniums "Alpenglow" will be a nice weaver and if "Rozanne" come back, I think it should be moved here too. But what about "Johnson's blue"?
A shade bed is such fun.
