Salvia 'Navajo Black and Blue'

Salvia 'Navajo Black and Blue' , a late season purchase in 2002. It will not survive the winters outdoors in our zone. However, it forms large Dahlia like tubers which I dug up ,potted up and left in the garage. New growth emerged in March, still too early to plant outdoors, so I kept taking cuttings which rooted easily. This is a humming bird favorite. Wish I had a picture
